Brian Patrick Flynn, 2024 HGTV Dream Home DESIGNER

Brian Patrick Flynn, host and designer of the 2024 HGTV Dream Home on Anastasia Island, has solidified himself in the interior design world as the go-to for bright, comfortable and wildly original spaces. Before he was on TV, he was behind the scenes writing and producing home renovation shows. Then one day, he decided he would try residential interiors and found quick success. Brian has had several hit shows, such as HGTV's "Dream Home," "Urban Oasis" and Magnolia Network's "Mind for Design." Brian combined his design and decorating skills with his television production experience to create Flynnside Out Productions, a full service production company specializing in lifestyle-related content. In addition to serving as Founder, Brian also serves as Executive Producer, Set Designer, Writer and Prop Stylist for his projects.

FOOD TRUCK RALLY

Calling all foodies! North Florida’s favorite food trucks are rallying on both Friday AND Sunday. Visit them at the show on Friday from 10am - 7pm and Sunday from 10am - 5pm for local eats.

Featuring Manny's Cuban Food Truck and more! Check out the food truck links below for menus. The food trucks are located outside on the South Entrance Terrace (covered area). Look for the Food Truck sign at the doors!
