Admission passes are valid for entry any one day of the show (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

**Advance Adult Admission will be at the $11 discounted rate through 2/27/25. Starting opening day of the show the price will increase to $13 online, same as box office pricing.

Will Call
Will Call is located at the show entrance at the Box Office; look for the window that has a Will Call sign next to it. Tickets are filed by last name.
Senior Appreciation - All Weekend!
All seniors age 60+ can get into the show for $5 – discount will be available for all three show days! To receive the discounted admission, simply show your valid ID at the Box Office (offer does not extend to family members or guests, one senior admission per ID).
HERO Appreciation - All Weekend!
Heroes will be honored all three days of the show. We invite all active military personnel, veterans, police, fire, first responders, and nurses to attend the show free of charge. Simply present valid ID at the Box Office (offer does not extend to family members or guests, one HERO admission per ID). For your service and sacrifice, we thank you!
TEACHER APPRECIATION - ALL WEEKEND!

PARKING
The Convention Center has on-site parking for nearly 1,000 cars, with 4,000 additional spaces within easy walking distance. On-site parking is located behind the building. The Prime Osborn Convention Center charges $10.00 per vehicle per day for parking. All parking lots are cashless and require debit/credit card for payment.

SKYWAY
JTA's Skyway typically does not run on the weekends. We will advise closer to show if it will be open on Saturday.

Enter the facility at the Bay Street entrance only. No other doors to the facility will be open!
