Tickets are available for purchase on this site to save money and avoid lines at the box office. Tickets can also be purchased at the box office during the show.

When you purchase tickets online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Be sure to check your junk email folder for your confirmation email. Can’t find it? Click here to have the confirmation email resent to the email address you used to purchase your tickets.

All tickets are good for any one day of the show. Same day re-entry is available by having your hand stamped.

The Convention Center has on-site parking for nearly 1,000 cars, with additional spaces within easy walking distance. On-site parking is located behind the building. The Prime Osborn Convention Center charges $10.00 for parking.  Prime Osborn Convention Center Parking Map.

Yes, and wheelchairs are available for use free of charge on a first come, first serve basis with proper ID. The Jacksonville Home & Patio would like to thank Total Care Medical Service (904-730-7285 ) for supplying our guests the wheelchairs at no charge.  Motorized scooters are not available.

The show can take between two to four hours to see, depending on your itinerary, goals and objectives. We recommend that you plan to spend a bit more time visiting with exhibitors, as they are quite varied and can serve as a valuable resource for your home improvement questions.

No. Celebrity appearances and presentations are included with the cost of your ticket.

No, seating is available on a first-come basis. All celebrity performances are included in the price of your admission ticket. 

Friday is the best time to visit the show if you are looking to avoid crowds.

No. We do not allow pets at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.

Yes, but please note that all bags brought into Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center entry points will be subject to search and must be 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Guests should be prepared to open all bags for security personnel. Guests may be asked by security personnel to remove certain items from bags for closer inspection. Medical device carriers above the maximum bag size are permitted but will be subject to search.

No, outside food and/or drink are not permitted.

Yes, snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the Savor...Jacksonville concessions. Please note the concessions are cashless, accepting all major credit cards and Apple Pay and no outside food or beverage is allowed.

Whether you’re joining us at the Prime Osborn Convention Center with a specific project in mind or just looking for some inspiration, our local home professionals have you covered. With over 300 booths to explore and several unique feature displays to enjoy, plan to spend a few hours at the show. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will). The Jacksonville Home + Patio Show is your chance to meet with industry professionals to talk about your home, see informative presentations from celebrity guests, and purchase products and services to help create your dream space.
