With the changing of the seasons from winter to spring, the Jacksonville Home + Patio Show returns to transform downtown's Prime Osborn Center March 5 - 8, 2015. So what are the top 10, not-to-be-missed, must-see features at the show?

1. Chris Lambton of HGTV's Yard Crashers - Chris shares secrets he learned behind-the-scenes at HGTV to show guests how to transform neglected backyards into amazing outdoor spaces, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Chris will be appearing on the Fresh Ideas Stage Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

2. The Durans from TLC's The Next Great Baker - Elaine and David were tough competition on The Next Great Baker, attracting the attention of the Cake Boss himself. At the show, they'll be showcasing their culinary talents and demonstrating how to master decorating and baking in sweet, funny, and interactive presentations on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

3. Leanne Lee, Home + Garden Trendsetter of the Year - Last year Leanne Lee beat out all other home and garden bloggers to be named Marketplace Event's Home + Garden Trendsetter of the Year. Through her informative and fun presentations, Leanne is determined to inspire audiences to incorporate DIY and recycled items into their home decor arsenal. This Diva of DIY will appear daily on the Fresh Ideas Stage.

4. Keep Calm & DIY - Back by popular demand, Chris "The DIY Guy" Tice returns with project demos four times daily, showing guests how to take and upcycle items into fun household pieces that will save them space.

5. Calling All Foodies! - Guests can take in daily cooking classes from the area's top chefs on the Jacksonville Magazine Cooking Stage. Chefs include Dennis Chan of Blue Bamboo, Celestia Mobley of Potter's House Soul Food Bistro, Tom Gray of Moxie Food and Cocktails, and many more! Also returning this year is the popular Food Truck Rally, located in the Courtyard on Sunday, March 8th.

6. Furniture for a Cause - The Jacksonville Home + Patio Show's charity partner is The ARC Jacksonville with their Transformabilities program and line of upcycled furniture. The ARC Jacksonville's program participants create functional, aesthetically pleasing furniture from discarded items like pallets, reclaimed wood, and more. The ARC Jacksonville is located in Booth S4-34.

7. Take A Walk on the Wild Side - The landscape magicians at Cascades Outdoor are once again conjuring up a lush feature garden on the Concourse. For spring, their Take a Walk on the Wide Side theme combines tropical foliage with plants provided by the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens.

8. Hang Out On the Porch - Floridians get to live and entertain outside almost all year round, and one of the most perfect set ups for doing so is on the front porch. Cottage By The Sea along with the G&H Reclaims & Rockaway Garden are creating two appealing porches near the entrance - with enough charm and character to inspire guests to transform one of their own.

9. Hero Day - On Friday, March 6th, the show honors all active and retired fire, police, and military personnel for their service with complimentary admission (please show valid ID at the entrance).
